Today I want to show you how to spice up a simple chord progression in G major by using many colorful ukulele chords.
One of the most simple ways to make chords more colorful is to change their voicing.
The voicing is the singing note of the chord (the highest note).
A basic G major chord played with 0232 will have the voicing on the first string fret 2 (the note B).
We can change the voicing of a chord with a note found either above or below the voicing.
Changing the voicing will create a beautiful melody within the chord.
